Did you know that what you eat can act differently in your body that it does in somebody else?  Notice how your friend can eat cheese cake every day and doesn’t have a blood sugar surge, yet you just think about eating it and yours goes up?  It turns out, our bodies may have their own set of rules for how to deal with food that is not universal.  In this episode, I go through a very interesting study where scientists have worked on solving this problem and then applying an algorithm that can predict how foods will react for an certain individual.  Enjoy!
