Over the past eight years, I've followed a ketogenic diet (low
carb diet) for much of the year in a way of eating I call, Seasonal
Ketosis. It is a part of my ancestral-based lifestyle to promote
health, fitness, longevity, and joy. Seasonal Ketosis is a form of
cyclic ketogenic diet based on seasons, where I'll have a season of
feasting and a season of famine each year.
